Return/Exchange
We accept returns/exchanges In the following cases.
- You received a defective/damaged product (unboxing video required).
- You received the wrong item. (If the order placed by you is wrong item or product, we won’t accept return/exchange).
While returning item or product, packaging should be in same condition and product should be unused. Product must contain invoice sent by us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@upahaar.online.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then please contact your Credit Card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of above and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at support@upahaar.online.
Cancellation
Once an order is shipped by us, we can’t cancel it, but you can drop us an email within 24 hours of placing an order, we would try our best to cancel order placed by you. If the order is cancelled, the refund amount would be sent into your original payment method. Please Write Us At support@upahaar.online for any clarification needed.
